Quesos Bolaños has participated with cheeses from Gran Canaria in the Salon du Fromage et des produits laitiers that is held from February 23 to 26 at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
Among other products, those attending the Parisian International Fair have been able to taste the cured Pajonales, gofio or with paprika, the Smoked Bar and the different varieties of almogrote.
The presence of Quesos Bolaños at the renowned French Cheese Fair is part of the T Quesos Spain Project, which includes the best artisan cheese factories in the country; in order to publicize its products nationally and internationally.
